Cancellation Rights & Refund Policy
The consumer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason, the period in which the consumer has the right to cancel the order starts at the time the order is placed and ends 7 days after the day that the goods are received.
The items must still be sealed within the original packaging and not have been used.
If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then email us at sales@scotlandshampers.com and we will make a 100% refund to your credit card. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent "Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery" (this ensures receipt).

Payment

• We accept payment byVisa, Mastercard, Maestro and by cheque· All goods purchased by our customers/clients remain the property of Gardiners of Scotland until payments is made in full.
• All credit / Debit card transactions are despatched the same day.
• You can pay by cheque. On cheque transactions the goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.· Please do not send cash, it will not be accepted.

Delivery
All deliveries in the UK are made by courier. Normal delivery is between 7 and 14 days following the date of your order.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event you receive faulty goods, please return the goods in their original packaging with a note stating the reason for return. Upon receipt we will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched. However if the goods prove to be of saleable quality then a testing and postage fee will apply and the goods will only be returned after payment has been made in full.
